Reg 20.1
What's it about
To change the hours of play from 1pm to 6pm to 12.30pm to 5.30pm and so avoid bad light interrupting play at the end of the day.
COMMENTS
Previously considered (and disregarded) in 2018.
Not good for junior cricket participants (younger players, parents, groundskeepers) who must transfer from morning game to afternoon game.
With the new Community Cricket Cup coming this may or may not be the time to revisit this issue.
There could be different start times for A1/A2 grade matches compared to every other grade depending on how the negotiations proceed.
