WHAT'S THIS ABOUT?

This is correcting a typo error.

Reg 27.3 should read "Note Playing Regulation 27.2 does not apply in uninterrupted matches in which the compulsory innings closure has applied (as in Playing Regulation 25)." 

Reg 27.2 specifies bowler over limits for innings with overs reduced due to rain etc. 

So Reg 27.3 says the bowler over limit reductions DO NOT apply in innings 2 when innings 1 finished at (say) 45 overs due to slow over rates.
